Saturalabs original censor beep WAVs

The short, medium and long files are original synthetic 1 kHz sine waves,
created without third-party recordings. Each is mono, 48 kHz, 16-bit PCM WAV,
with a nominal -12 dBFS sine peak and 10 ms cosine ramps at both edges.
Their durations are 0.30, 0.60 and 1.00 seconds. measurements.json records
frame counts, sample peaks, edge samples and SHA-256 hashes. Digital checks do
not establish listening quality or guarantee the masking of any speech.

This notice applies only to these three WAVs, not other site media. Generate
again from the repository root with: python3 scripts/generate-censor-beeps.py

To conceal a word, mute or remove it from every relevant source and check the
actual exported mix. A beep laid over audible speech alone may not hide it.
