Saturalabs single synthetic chime

single-chime.wav is a sample-exact 1.25-second excerpt of the first event in
../sound-effects/chime.wav (source frames 36,000 through 95,999 at 48 kHz).
That original chime is a synthetic mix of sinusoids, not a recorded bell.
No third-party recording is used. The source's notice and synthesis details
are in ../sound-effects/README.txt. The source and this excerpt are dedicated
to the public domain under CC0 1.0: https://creativecommons.org/publicdomain/zero/1.0/
This notice applies to the audio file, not other site media.

The file is mono, 48 kHz, 16-bit PCM WAV, 60,000 frames. measurements.json
records its SHA-256 digest, sample peak and edge samples. These are digital
checks, not a subjective listening or playback-device quality benchmark.
